I am privileged (and lucky)as some of you know, to have as work place the Abbey of Cluny.
http://cluny.monuments-nationaux.fr/Today, as my day started at 7:30 and with the sleet and snow, I left home at 6:40 with the Froggies in the car, knowing that I could not come home at lunch. That's a long time for puppies. I do have to say they are well travelled! The others are not alone and are used to it.
At lunch, I took them over to the walking area near the tower you see left of #2 on the map you have seen above.
This is where French found a pidgeon ( frozn dead). This was his first time finding a feathered animal and he was very proud to bring it to me until his sister took it from him......
I was thrilled that he had identified it and showed interest. His sister always does everything first, so it was his turn to be brilliant!
Hopefully, he'll like ducks...his grand-ma Thelma was not crazy about silly toys that dogs play with. Thelma was always interested in retrieving ducks, or dummies in water( for lack of ducks). None of this playing on ground for no reason!
