As many of you know, Bepop (a lula) who has been in the UK for a while now, was raised by me, myself and I, here in Bâgé.
She was like my own dog, no more no less. She was destined to go to the UK after all the tests and what have you of the quarantine they have to do.
When I say I will never do it again for someone because it is a chunk of your life and time you are not giving another dog, but that's why I consider Bepop as one of mine.( even if she isn't).
Recently, she had an article about her retrieving talent as a gun dog in the UK. That makes me happy because I feel that all the hard work paid off that I put into her.
While Bepop was here, she was trained to fetch, socialised, got her TAN test, went to shows and lived her life. I picked her out of the litter myself as best I could. I am proud of what I accomplished with her.I will never ever do it again, or offer to.

10 months is a long time in a dog's life, just like it was in mine.
Shame that in this particular article in
Shooting Times it looks like she is the only one in the UK to have the talent where no credit is given to any other dog of the breed there. Wanting to get a breed recognized as a working dog and only having one as proof, is not what I'd say convincing, even if she's My Lula.
